全民國防教育軍事訓練免修規定
一、學生具下列身分之一者,得免修全部軍事訓練課程:
(一)現任國軍士官以上職務,經權責單位核准就讀或在職進修。
(二)服常備兵、補充兵、國民兵、替代役期退伍持有退伍(役)證明或因故停役,持有停役證明。
(三)領有直轄市、縣(市)政府核發之身心障礙手冊。
(四)年齡屆滿36歲。
(五)外國學生。
(六)持有居留證之僑生及港澳生,未在台灣地區設有戶籍,並持有相關證明文件者。
(七)持有居留證之僑生及港澳生,在臺灣地區設有戶籍者,得以免修,惟在臺連續居住滿一年或以
曾有二年,每年累積居住逾183日為準依法辦理徵兵處理,若無修習全民國防教育軍事訓練課程
將無法折抵役期及參加預官考選。
二、申請免修在校全部軍事訓練課程者,應在入學後兩週內檢具證明文件,向就軍訓室辦理,由校長
核定,並分別列冊統計,以備查考。
三、大專校院轉學生,已修畢各該學期軍訓課程成績及格者,准予抵免。自軍事學校轉入者,其轉入年
級以前各學期之軍事訓練成績,得以軍事學校各該學期之軍事訓練及格成績抵免。
※為配合申請作業時效,請同學於入學後一週繳交申請及證明文件:
(一)同學申請免修軍事訓練課程者,請繳交證件影本(女同學比照辦理)。
(二)大專院校轉學生(軍事學校),己修畢各該學期軍事訓練課程成績合格者,准予抵免,請向原校申
請在校成績正本。
(三)辦理同學請在證件(退伍令影本、成績單)正面空白書寫:系科別序號、姓名、手機號碼。
Regulations on Exemption from Military Training for National Defense Education
I. Students meeting any of the following criteria are exempt from all military training courses:
(a) Currently holding a rank of non-commissioned officer or above in the National Armed Forces, and approved by the responsible unit to enroll or pursue further education while employed.
(b) Serving as a regular soldier, supplementary soldier, national soldier, or alternative service member, and holding a discharge certificate, or having suspended service for any reason and holding a suspension certificate.
(c) Holding a disability certificate issued by the municipal or county (city) government.
(d) Being 36 years of age or older.
(e) Foreign students.
(vi) Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong and Macau holding residence permits, who do not have household registration in Taiwan, and hold relevant supporting documents.
(VII) Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong and Macau holding residence permits who have household registration in Taiwan are exempt from military training courses. However, they must have resided continuously in Taiwan for one year, or at least two years, with an accumulated residence of more than 183 days each year, to be eligible for conscription. Failure to complete the National Defense Education Military Training course will not allow them to offset their service period or participate in the reserve officer selection process.
II. Applicants for exemption from all on-campus military training courses should submit supporting documents to the Military Training Office within two weeks of enrollment. The principal will approve the application and compile a list for future reference.
III. Transfer students from junior colleges and universities who have completed and passed the military training courses for the current semester are eligible for exemption. For transfer students from military academies, their military training grades from previous semesters can be offset by passing grades from the military academy's military training courses for the current semester. *To facilitate the application process, please submit your application and supporting documents one week after enrollment:
(I) Students applying for exemption from military training courses should submit a photocopy of their identification document (female students should follow the same procedure).
(II) Transfer students from junior colleges (military schools) who have completed all semester's military training courses with passing grades are eligible for exemption. Please apply to your original school and submit your original academic transcript.
(III) Students applying for exemption should write the following on the blank space on the front of their identification documents (photocopy of discharge order, academic transcript): Department/Department Number, Name, and Mobile Phone Number.
